dc.description.abstract	ตัวตรวจจับแสงทวีคูณสามารถเปลี่ยนพลังงานของแสงให้เป็นสัญญารทางไฟฟ้า โดยมีการขยายสัญญาณให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสมโดยการให้อิเล็กตรอนมีการเพิ่มจำนวนมากขึ้น เมื่ออิเล็กตรอนที่ถูกกระต้นจากแสงจะมีการปลดปล่อยอิเล็กตรอนเข้าสู่ในระบบการตรวจจับ จากนั้นจะทำการปรับโฟกัส และความเร่งของลำอิเล็กตวามเพิ่มขึ้น	en_US
