| dc.description.abstract | ว่า ประเทศไทยเราได้ลงทุนปฎิรูปการเมืองในทุกครั้งที่ผ่านมาเพื่อความเป็นประชาธิปไตย ด้วยการปฎิวัติรัฐประหารก็คงไม่เกินความเป็นจริงมากนัก เพราะการปฎิรูปการเมืองมักเกิดจากการเข้ายึดอำนาจรัฐอันอยู่นอกกระบวนการประชาธิปไตย แล้วก็มาเริ่มที่ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญเพื่อคืนอธิปไตยแก่ประชาชน ด้วยหวังว่า เมื่อมีรัฐธรรมนูญแล้ว ประชาธิปไตยจะเกิดมีตามมาด้วย | en_US |
