Abstract

งบการเงินเป็นรายงานทางการเงินที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ใช้งบการเงินเพื่อการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการตัดสินใจในเรื่องต่าง ๆ งบการเงินที่แตกต่างกันจะนำเสนอข้อมูลแก่ผู้ใช้งบการเงินที่ต่างกัน สำหรับงบกระแสเงินสดรวม (สำหรับบริษัทใหญ่และบริษัทย่อย) จะแสดงให้เห็นถึงการเคลื่อนไหวของเงินสดในแต่ละกิจกรรมเพื่อให้ทราบถึงสภาพคล่องของกิจการว่ามีการบริหารเงินสดเป็นอย่างไร โดยการจัดทำงบกระแสเงินสดรวมจะรายงานการเคลื่อนไหวของเงินสดที่กระทำต่อบริษัทภายนอกกลุ่มกิจการและนำเสนอการเคลื่อนไหวของเงินสดเป็น 3 กิจกรรมเหมือนกับงบกระแสเงินสดเฉพาะกิจการ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมการดำเนินงาน กิจกรรมการลงทุน และกิจกรรมการจัดหาเงิน นอกจากนี้บทความนี้ยังได้นำเสนอตัวอย่างการจัดทำงบกระแสเงินสดรวม(สำหรับบริษัทใหญ่และบริษัทย่อย) รายงานทั้งวิธีทางตรงและวิธีทางอ้อม Financial statement is a useful report in order to make a decision. Different financial statements are interpreted different information to users. A consolidated statement of cash flows statement presents a movement of cash through the companies outside a group of entities under the control of a parent. It also presents a movement of cash on 3 activities consisted of operating activity, investment activity and financing activity as separated financial statements of the parent. Moreover, this article also presents an example of a preparation of consolidated statement of cash flows both in direct method and indirect method.
