ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีของสำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 6

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีของสำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 6 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีอากรของสำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 6 โดยศึกษาปัจจัยด้านเจ้าหน้าที่จัดเก็บภาษีอากร ปัจจัยด้านผู้เสียภาษีอากร และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมอื่น โดยทาการศึกษาตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1. เจ้าหน้าที่จัดเก็บภาษีอากร และ 2. ผู้เสียภาษีอากร ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่าสุด และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ The study aimed to study the factors that had a relationship on the efficiency of tax collection in Regional Revenue Office 6. The study focused on the tax officers, the tax payers and other environment surrounding. There were two sample groups in the study. The first group consisted of tax officers. And, the second group consisted of tax payers. The data collection that was being used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics that were used for the analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, maximum, minimum and multiple regression analysis.
