การวิเคราะห์ดัชนีต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ระดับจุลภาค

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ระดับจุลภาค เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพโลจิสติกส์ในมิติด้านต้นทุน และนำเสนอแนวทางลดต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรม เครื่องวิจัยใช้แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพด้านโลจิสติกส์ และข้อมูลทุติยภูมิของสำนักโลจิสติกส์ กรมอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานและการเหมืองแร่ กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ ผลงานวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นดัชนีต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์รายอุตสาหกรรมหลัก จำนวน 23 อุตสาหกรรม โดยอุตสาหกรรมหลักที่มีดัชนีต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์สูงที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ 1) การผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ 2) การเก็บรวบรวมของเสีย การบำบัดและการกำจัดของเสีย รวมถึงการนำของเสียกลับมาใช้ใหม่ 3) การผลิตสิ่งทอ 4) การผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ และ 5) การผลิตเสื้อผ้าเครื่องแต่งกาย ต้นทุนกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ต่อยอดขายสินค้าที่สูงที่สุด 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ สินค้าคงคลังและคลังสินค้า และต้นทุนขนส่ง ตามลำดับ The objectives of this research aim to the studying about micro logistic cost index, logistics cost performance and guidelines the logistic cost reduction for entrepreneur. The data were collected using Logistics Performance Index (LPI) and the secondary data from The Office of Logistics, Department of Primary Industries and Mines, Ministry of Industry. Descriptive statistics were used in the data analysis. The results of research were as follow: The 5 ranking of the 23 industry sectors which height index of logistics cost are 1) furniture manufacturing, 2) waste collection, waste disposal and recycle, 3) textile production, 4) other products production, and 5) apparel production. The 2 height logistics activities cost per sale were 1) inventory and warehouse cost and 2) transportation cost.
