Abstract: This research discusses the importance of classroom environment. Goal of this study is to contribute teacher’s knowledge how classroom environments impact students’ learning. Three objectives of this research are to: 1) study Chinese language learning in both traditional classroom and modern classroom, 2) study students’ learning attendance from traditional classroom and modern classroom, 3) compare students’ achievement from Chinese language learning in traditional classroom and modern classroom. Population are 45 Kasem Bundit University students, sample are 8 students which randomly chosen by sample random sampling. Instruments were used by: paper-based exam, pre-test and post-test. In order to compare the different learning outcome result analyzed by mean and Standard Deviation. The results of the study indicate that students do perceive significant differences between traditional classroom and modern classrooms. Students who study at modern classroom have 16% higher average score than students who study at traditional classroom.
