สงฆ์ : แบบอย่างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้

Abstract

บทความนี้ต้องการศึกษาถึงแนวความคิดเรื่องสงฆ์ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท เพื่อบูรณาการกับแนวความคิดเรื่ององค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสังคมปัจจุบัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวความคิดเรื่ององค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้มีความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเรื่องสงฆ์ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท ซึ่งพระพุทธเจ้าทรงจัดตั้งองค์กรสงฆ์ขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นองค์กรหรือชุมชน ที่มีเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาบุคคลให้เป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ และให้เป็นองค์กรแบบอย่างในการเรียนรู้ โดยทรงวางระเบียบวินัยและหลักธรรมต่าง ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาสมาชิกสงฆ์ให้เป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ และสามารถออกไปพัฒนาบุคคลอื่น ชุมชนหรือสังคมให้เป็นบุคคลหรือสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาองค์กรในปัจจุบัน เพื่อไปสู่การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ จึงสามารถนาเอาแนวคิดและหลักคาสอนที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงวางไว้ในองค์กรสงฆ์ มาประยุกต์ใช้กับองค์กรในปัจจุบันได้ โดยเน้นหัวใจของการพัฒนาไปสู่การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้คือ การพัฒนาบุคคลในองค์กรให้เป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ เพื่อก้าวไปสู่การพัฒนาสังคมให้เป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ต่อไปThe purpose of this article is to study the conception of the sangha in Theravada Buddhism To integrate with the concept of a learning organization in today's society. The study found that the concept of a learning organization is consistent with the concept of the sangha in Theravada Buddhism. The Buddha established the sangha as an organization or community with the goal of developing the person to be a learning person and to be a model organization for learning by laying out various disciplines and the teachings in order to develop members of sangha to become learning person and can go out to develop other people community or society as a person or a learning society. Organization development to become a learning organization in today, therefore, the ideas and doctrines in Buddhism that the Lord Buddha has placed in the Sangha Organization can be applied to the current organization with emphasis on the development of a learning organization. The development of members in the organization to be a learning person in order to continue to develop the society into a learning society.
