Abstract

การศึกษางานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้กำหนดประชากรเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัด เขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน 1,098 คน ใช้สูตร Taro Yamane ได้ขนาดตัวอย่างที่เหมาะสมจำนวน 293 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็น ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test ค่า F-test One-way ANOVA และ Multiple Regression จากการศึกษาปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 25 – 35 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประเภทตำแหน่งเป็นข้าราชการ และอายุงานต่ำกว่า 5 ปี การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะ ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ สมรรรถนะด้านทักษะ สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ และสมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะ พบว่า สมรรถนะทั้ง 3 ด้าน ของเจ้าหน้าที่ สำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัด เขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน สหกรณ์จังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ This research study the target population used in this study was the staff of the Provincial Cooperative Office.
