สงฆ์ : พุทธนวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน

Abstract

บทความนี้ต้องการศึกษาถึงแนวความคิดเรื่องสงฆ์ในพระพุทธศาสนา ที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงจัดตั้งขึ้นมา ในฐานะนวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวความคิดเรื่องการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืนและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต เป็นแนวความคิดที่มีความสา คัญในสังคมปัจจุบันเป็นอย่างมากเพราะสังคมปัจจุบันเป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเรื่องสงฆ์ในพระพุทธศาสนา ซึ่งพระพุทธเจ้าทรงจัดตั้งชุมชนสงฆ์ขึ้นมาครั้งแรก เพื่อเป็นชุมชนที่มีเป้าหมาย ในการพัฒนาบุคคลให้เป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ และให้เป็นชุมชนแบบอย่างในการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน โดยทรงวางระเบียบวินัยและหลักธรรมต่าง ๆ การพัฒนาสังคมในปัจจุบันเพื่อก้าวไปสู่การเป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต จึงสามารถนาเอาแนวคิดและหลักคำสอนที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงวางไว้ในชุมชนสงฆ์มาประยุกต์ใช้กับสังคมในปัจจุบัน The purpose of this article is to study the concept of the sangha in Buddhism, which was established by Lord Buddha as an innovative approach to sustainable learning. The research findings indicate that the concept of sustainable learning and lifelong learning is highly significant today, which is a learning society that aligns with the concept of Sangha in Buddhism. Lord Buddha established the Sangha as the first monastic community with the goal of developing individuals into lifelong learners and serving as a model community for sustainable learning. The Sangha established discipline and moral principles to develop its members into individuals of learning and enable them to go out and develop other individuals, communities, or societies as learning entities. The current societal development towards becoming a learning society can therefore benefit from the teachings and principles laid down by Lord Buddha within the Sangha community, focusing on lifelong learning and sustainable learning.
