Abstract: This research this experimental research (Pre-Experimental Research) aims to (1) Study the active participatory learning process. And teamwork skills of MKT4 5 3 channel marketing management students with an active participatory learning process Sripatum University. (2) Study the measurement and evaluation of teamwork process skills of students. (3) Compare teamwork skills of students with a proactive, participatory learning process before and after class. and (4) Study the relationship and the influence of active participative learning process on teamwork skills of students. The samples used in this research were all students from the Faculty of Business Administration enrolled in the MKT453 Marketing Channel Management. The overall research results found that the process of proactive teaching and learning with participation of MKT4 5 3 marketing channel management students. at a high level as for the overview of student teamwork skills also at a high level Sripatum University Semester 2, academic year 2022, total of 93 students. Before teaching and learning to develop students' teamwork skills by using proactive and participatory activities, it was found that overall average scores were moderate. The back part of teaching and learning to develop students' teamwork skills. By using proactive and participatory activities. The average scores of the assessment of teamwork process skills in all 5 areas before and after teaching and learning to develop Teamwork skills of students by using proactive and participatory activities The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. And the active participatory learning processhad a relationship in the same direction (positive way) at a high level. With teamwork skills of students and the research results also found that Proactive, participative teaching management process Influencing students' teamwork skills at a high level
