Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) To study environmental factors and learning behavior patterns that affect learning outcomes of students of the course MGT423, a seminar on modern administration and management (2) To study the relationship and influence of the environment learning behavior patterns of students that affects the learning outcomes of students in the course MGT423 Seminar in Management and Modern Management Sripatum University. The sample group used in this research was 73 students of the Faculty of Business Administration who registered in the course MGT 423, Modern Administration and Management Seminar, Academic Year 2/2022 of people, in this research The researcher analyzed the data from the collection of all received questionnaires. to analyze and process the data by using a statistical package for research The significance level was set at 0.05. The statistics used to analyze the data in this study are as follows: frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation. Analyze multiple regression equations. The statistical significance used in this analysis was set at the .05 level.
