Abstract: This research aimed to compare the learning achievement of the ENG234 English for Food and Beverage Operations course. Between the group that organized the online teaching in small groups and the group that organized the everyday online education and to study the satisfaction of the students' small group online teaching and learning management. The sample group used in this study was 75 students enrolled in the ENG234 course, ENGLISH FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIVISION OPERATIONS, registered in the first semester of the academic year. 2021 College of Tourism and Hospitality Major in Hospitality and MICE Management Sripatum University, 75 people were obtained from a specific random sampling. Used tools satisfaction test achievement measurement form Statistics used in data analysis: Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation (S.D.), Independent t-test. The research results were as follows the student's learning achievement in the group that organized the online instruction in small groups was higher than the group that took the online teaching in the optical model with a statistically significant level 05 Student-Teacher Satisfaction assessment. The students were satisfied, and the teachers had a high level of preparation to teach—activities to promote learning. Satisfied students. The activity format was most consistent with the course content. Satisfaction in the management of online teaching in small groups Satisfied students at a high level; students participated in activities in small groups in online learning.
