Abstract: Research subject “A blended learning management model that affects student satisfaction in the course of MGT388 Science and arts in business communication. sripatum university” Objective research are (1)To study a blended learning management model student satisfaction in MGT388 course the science and art of business communication sripatum university. (2). To compare the blended learning management model that affects student satisfaction in the course of MGT388 science and arts in business communication sripatum university. (3) To study the influence of a blended learning management model on learning satisfaction of students in the MGT388 science and arts of business communication course. Sample group is a student of the faculty of business administration who enrolled in the course MGT388 science and arts in business communication sripatum university the second semester of the academic year 2021 consists of 269 students. The results showed that blended learning management model affects the satisfaction of students in the MGT388 course the science and art of business communication sripatum university is at a high level. Regarding the comparison of the blended learning management style affecting the satisfaction of the students in\ the MGT388 course it was found that at the high level and the blended learning model had an influence on the satisfaction of the students a high level.
