Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) To study leadership personality and pilot competency of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University. 2) To find the relationship between leadership personality and pilot competency of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University. 3) To create a pilot competency forecast equation of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University.The samples were188 students from the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management in semester 3, year 2019 by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire which the reliability by Cronbach' alpha coefficient is 0.887 The research found that 1. The Leadership Personality overview and aspects were at a high level and sort the average Leadership Personality score from descending order was Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Openness and Agreeableness. 2. The Leadership Personality overview of students sorted the average score from descending was 4th year student, 3rd year student, 2nd year student and 1st year student. 3. The overall and individual Pilot Competency were at a high level and sort the average Pilot Competency score from descending order was Teamwork, Communication, Leadership and Decision Making. 4. Overall Pilot Competency sorted the average score from descending order was 4th year student, 3rd year student, 2nd year student and 1st year student. 5.The Leadership Personality (Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Openness and Agreeableness) was a positive correlation with Pilot Competency with statistical significance at level 0.01.6. The stepwise multiple regression method showed that the positive predictive variables for pilot competency of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University were Conscientiousness and Openness. From the study the equation with the raw scores and standard scores were ; Yˆ = 1.466 + 0.332 (Conscientiousness) + 0.302 (Openness) ^Z = 0.452 (Conscientiousness) + 0.375 (Openness)
