Abstract: This study adapts and elaborates an effectiveness of a module of outcome matrix template. This module can be used as a medium to enhance an active learning environment in classrooms and to achieve the expected learning outcome in teaching an Introduction to Human Resource Management (BSC260). The Introduction to HRM course represents one of many core courses in the major of International Business Management program of undergraduate studies at the International College, Sripatum University. The target samples of the study are students in the second year of their study plan in academic term 1/2018. There are in total 23 students who participated in this course. The researcher suggests that the module of outcome matrix template is useful and helpful for teachers in many ways: Not only that this module can be modified and adapted as a tool to help the lecturer in preparing the lessons plan and activities to achieving the course’s learning outcomes. It can also be utilized as a guideline of students’ activity assessment in classrooms. By reviewing all teaching approaches at the end of the course, the verifying standards of student achievement according to TQF3 is accomplished. Students’ grade report and feedback are also discussed.
