การสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาและการใช้ประโยชน์สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ (1) เพื่อสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์รูปแบบของนวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในประเทศไทย และ (3) เพื่อถอดบทเรียนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของนวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในประเทศไทย ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) ผลงานวิจัยที่ทำในหัวข้อเกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษา (2) นวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาที่เป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และ (2) นักวิจัยหรือนวัตกรที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานนวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษา เครื่องมือวิจัยมี 3 ฉบับ คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสำรวจ และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเองในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2566 - กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) นวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาที่สังเคราะห์ได้ มีจำนวน 214 เรื่อง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นนวัตกรรมจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในกำกับรัฐ (ร้อยละ 26.17) รองลงมา คือ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ (ร้อยละ 25.23) และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ (ร้อยละ 25.23) สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน (ร้อยละ 20.10) และมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล (ร้อยละ 3.27) ตามลำดับ (2) นวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษา แบ่งออกเป็น 6 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ 1) นวัตกรรมด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) นวัตกรรมด้านการผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคน 3) นวัตกรรมด้านเทคโนโลยี 4) นวัตกรรมด้านกลไกหรือกระบวนการใหม่ 5) นวัตกรรมทางสังคม และ 6) นวัตกรรมด้านฐานข้อมูล และ (3) นวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาที่เป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีและได้รับการถอดบทเรียน มี 5 ชิ้น ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรอบรมระยะสั้นแบบสร้างรายได้และมีผลกระทบสูง 2) ระบบตรวจสอบนักศึกษาเข้าห้องเรียนโดยใช้เทคนิคการรู้จำใบหน้า 3) โมเดลการขับเคลื่อนความยั่งยืน: UPC4Local-SDGs Action Model 4) ระบบการบริหารจัดการ Merli Process และ AGI Platform และ 5) แพลตฟอร์มการจัดการการเรียนรู้และการสอนแนวใหม่สำหรับยุคหลังโควิด-19 The objectives of this research were ( 1) to synthesize and classify the categories of higher education innovation in Thailand, ( 2) to analyze the categories of higher education innovation for private higher education institutions in Thailand and the utilization of those higher education innovations, and (3) to extract lessons learned of good practices of higher education innovation for private higher education institutions in Thailand. Samples consisted of research on topics related to higher education innovation, higher education innovations that are good practices, and researchers or innovators who create higher education innovations. The three kinds of research instruments were a data record form, a survey questionnaire, and an in-depth interview form. Data was collected during July 2023 - February 2024. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were used to analyze the data. The major research findings were as follows: (1) there were 214 synthesized Higher Education (HE) innovations and most of them were innovations from autonomous Higher Education Institutions (26.17 %), followed by government HEIs (25.23 %) and Rajabhat Universities (25.23 %), private HEIs ( 20. 10 %) and Rajamangala University of Technology ( 3. 27 %), respectively, ( 2) HE innovation is divided into 6 types: 1) Innovation in curriculum and learning management, 2) innovation in manpower production and development, 3) technology innovation, 4) innovation in new mechanisms or processes, 5) social innovation, and 6) database innovation, and (3) HE innovations that are 5 good practices and lessons learned include 1) a short-term income-generating and high-impact training course, 2) a system for checking students into class using facial recognition technique, 3) Sustainability Driving Model: UPC4Local-SDGs Action Model, 4) Merli Process Management System and AGI Platform, and 5) New Learning and Teaching Management Platform for the Post-COVID-19 Era.
