Takashima (Thailand) Co., LTD. has problems in its information management and internal processes. Its process management system is not standardized. This study has the objective to develop a warehouse business process model for P.C. Takashima (Thailand) Co., LTD. by analyzing the warehouse management business process by Bizagi and designing a means to simulate the warehouse management process. From the satisfaction survey of the warehouse management business process involving 6 related supervisors of different departments, the satisfaction level was high (average = 4.39). It can be seen that the warehouse business process model of P.C.
