The sample group used in this research was 73 students of the Faculty of Business Administration who registered in the course MGT 423, Modern Administration and Management Seminar, Academic Year 2/2022 of people, in this research The researcher analyzed the data from the collection of all received questionnaires. to analyze and process the data by using a statistical package for research The significance level was set at 0.05. The statistics used to analyze the data in this study are as follows: frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation. Analyze multiple regression equations. The statistical significance used in this analysis was set at the .05 level. The results of the research found that in the overall environment.
