The collecting data instrument of this research is questionnaire of 2 parts; 1) the questionnaire of general information of students, and 2) the factors that related to the learning achievement of LAW 304, The Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand, SUCCESSIONS. The type of questionnaire is the 5 levels of measurement. The statistic of the research is Percentage, Average, Standard deviation, and the Pearson Correlation.
