And to bring the research results to develop the teaching and learning strategies of LAW106 (Principle of Public Law). The sample consisted of 73 students who enrolled in semester 2/2553 in LAW106. The data collection were included the question of state and problems of teaching and learning. The descriptive statistics were used for analyze the data frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation T-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA. The results showed that the state and problems of teaching and learning LAW106 in the operation levels were high. And In the problem levels were at the least. By the time that compared of the opinions followed by the major gender in the operation levels were high is not significantly different.
