The methodology in this research was a quantitative research. A survey was used to collect the data from 12 students who enrolled in this subject. Descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage (%), mean, and standard deviation (S.D.), were used to describe demographic characteristics of the respondents and the respondents opinion towards current instructional practices and problems of RFM301 Introduction to Retail and Franchise. The findings illustrated that most of the respondents were female, studying in Retail and Franchise Department, 2nf year student, and attended class more than 10 times. They reported that all states of instructional practices were performed in the high level and overall problems were ranked in low level.
