The subject of the research were 38 freshmen students, major in Business Computer faculty of Information Technology, studying BCS 121 Programming II on second semester of 2552 academic year. The instrument was used observation form to study the behavior in internet usage during the class a survey was conducted among the subjects then analyzed the collected data in descriptive manner. Findings revealed that positive reinforcement (extra point) could decrease the internet usage behavior during the class less than negative reinforcement (point withdrawal).
