วชรพร วัชรพงศ์ชัยWacharaporn Watcharapongchai2567-03-192024-03-192556-https://dspace.spu.ac.th/handle/123456789/9665This Quasi-Experimental research was proposed to study the effectiveness of collaborative learning as it relates to learning outcomes in ITB 372 English for International Business Communication. The research was also extended to investigation on opinions and satisfactions regarding to collaborative learning technique approach used in the class. The research methodology was one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study is 47 students who enrolled in ITB 372 English for International Business Communication, first semester in 2013. In this study, all of the populations were corrected the data by scoring formative tests and questionnaire, a computer package was used to calculate statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and t – test dependence sample. The results of the study show that the participated students significantly improve their knowledge in the area of English for International Business Communication including Incoterms, Letter of Credit, Bill of Exchange, Invoice, Bill of Lading and E-Commerce. There was significant difference of pretestposttest average score at 0.05 confirming the increase in effect of learning achievement.
