การพัฒนาระบบรายชื่อกำลังพลเพื่อบริการจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศในสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีกองทัพบก

Abstract

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอระบบรายชื่อกำลังพลเพื่อบริการจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ ในสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีกองทัพบก เพื่อใช้บริหารจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ เนื่องจากกำลังพลมีการปรับย้ายตลอดเวลา ส่งผลให้ให้การบริหารจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศของหน่วยงาน กับข้อมูลสถานภาพกำลังพลในปัจจุบันไม่มีความสอดคล้องกัน ยากแก่การติดตามและตรวจสอบบัญชีผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศของหน่วยงาน จึงควรมีการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลกลางในการบริหารจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงกับระบบสารสนเทศต่าง ๆ ภายในสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีกองทัพบก ให้มีการบริหารจัดการเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน เมื่อทำการเก็บข้อมูลรายชื่อกำลังพลในสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีกองทัพบก รวมไปถึงข้อมูลพื้นฐาน สังกัด และสถานะการคงอยู่ พบว่าข้อมูลที่ได้รับประกอบด้วยข้อมูลหลายรูปแบบ อีกทั้งการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลชื่อ-นามสกุล ภาษาอังกฤษ ของกำลังพลทำได้ลำบาก เนื่องจากไม่มีการรวบรวมข้อมูลชื่อ-นามสกุล ภาษาอังกฤษอย่างเป็นทางการ การนำสถานะการคงอยู่ของกำลังพล มาช่วยในการควบคุมการใช้งานบัญชีผู้ใช้ พบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจสอบ ติดตาม และบริหารจัดการได้ง่าย การพัฒนาระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ ถือว่าเป็นนวัตกรรมของหน่วยงาน ที่ผ่านมามักไม่ให้ความสำคัญ เมื่อมีระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศนี้ พบว่าการบริหารจัดการผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศในสำนักงานปลัดบัญชีกองทัพบก เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกันและสะดวกต่อการบริหารจัดการ This study is development the system service personnel list to manage user accounts information system in Office of the Army Comptroller to manage user accounts information system.
