ประเด็นที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับงบการเงินรวม

Abstract

จากการที่สภาวิชาชีพได้ปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการบัญชีฉบับที่ 27 (ปรับปรุง 2550) เรื่อง งบการเงินรวมและงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการนั้น ประเด็นที่น่าสนใจจากมาตรฐานฉบับปรับปรุงดังกล่าวคือ หลักเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาถึงอำนาจในการควบคุมของบริษัทใหญ่ต่อบริษัทย่อยว่าเข้าเงื่อนไขในการจัดทำงบการเงินตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีฉบับที่ 27 (ปรับปรุง 2550) เรื่อง งบการเงินรวมและงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการหรือไม่ ซึ่งเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาอำนาจในการควบคุมจะมีผลต่อการจัดทำงบการเงินรวมที่น่าเชื่อถือ เนื่องจากแนวทางในการพิจารณาอำนาจในการควบคุมดังกล่าวได้ยึดหลักเนื้อหาสำคัญกว่ารูปแบบเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามที่แม่บทการบัญชีได้กำหนด นอกจากนั้นยังได้มีการแสดงตัวอย่างการตัดรายการระหว่างบริษัทใหญ่และบริษัทย่อยเพื่อจัดทำกระดาษทำการงบการเงินรวมสำหรับบริษัทใหญ่และบริษัทย่อยเพื่อให้เป็นไปตาม มาตรฐานการบัญชีฉบับที่ 27 (ปรับปรุง 2550) เรื่อง งบการเงินรวมและงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการ Since The Federation of Accounting Professions launched the Accounting Standard No.27 (revised 2007) " Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements", the interesting issue is criteria in determining a power of control of a parent company on subsidiaries. Criteria in determining a power of control have to follow the substance over the form according to the accounting framework on order to prepare reliable consolidated financial statements. Moreover, there are some examples of the adjustment and elimination transactions between the parent company and the subsidiaries for the preparation a consolidated financial statement to comply with the Accounting Standard No.27 (revised 2007) " Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements"
