การตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการลงทุนของนักลงทุน ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่อง การตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการลงทุนของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการตัดสินใจที่ส่งผลต่อผลดำเนินการตัดสินใจซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศ ไทย และ 3) สร้างแบบจำลองการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงผสมโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 5 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Sampling) และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage-Sampling) จำนวน 510 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการตัดสินใจที่ส่งผลต่อผลดำเนินการตัดสินใจซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรม ความรู้ เทคโนโลยีมีผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ 3) แบบจำลองการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยพบว่าโมเดลแบบจำลองสมการเชิงโครงสร้างมีความเหมาะสมกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการศึกษาตัวแปรปัจจัยพฤติกรรมการลงทุน ความรู้เทคโนโลยี และรูปแบบการลงทุนกับกลุ่มนักลงทุนรายอื่น รวมทั้งศึกษาตัวแปรที่เป็นปัจจัยเหตุอื่นๆ ที่อาจจะมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการลงทุนของนักลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อให้งานวิจัยดูน่าสนใจ เกิดความท้าทาย ช่วยให้นักลงทุนมีศักยภาพและมีความสามารถในการขยายการลงทุนให้เกิดขึ้นได้ This research had three following objectives: (1) to study decision making process factors affecting the decision making on stock trading of investors in the Stock Exchange of Thailand; (2) to study the influence of factors affecting the process of decision making on stock trading of investors in the Stock Exchange of Thailand; and (3) to create a strategic decision making model on stock trading of investors in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This research was a mix-method research involving the quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. In the qualitative study, the researcher conducted in-depth interviews of 5 key research informants who were investors in the Stock Exchange of Thailand; while in the quantitative study, a questionnaire was used to collect data from 510 investors who used to invest in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The qualitative data were analyzed with content analysis; while the quantitative data were statistically analyzed with descriptive statistics and structural equation model analysis. The research findings showed that the decision-making process factors affecting the decision making on stock trading of investors as a whole were at the high level. The factors of behaviors, knowledge, technology, and pattern of investment affected the process of decision making on stock trading of the investors. Furthermore, the created strategic decision-making model on stock trading of investors in the Stock Exchange of Thailand had goodness-of-fit with the empirical data. In addition, interview results revealed that the decision-making process, behavior, knowledge, technology, and pattern of investment had influences on decision making results of investors in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
