Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the decision making in choosing international travel services during the COVID-19 era of Thai passengers. in Bangkok and suburb areas between full-service airlines and low-cost airlines and to study the factors affecting the decision to choose international travel services during the COVID-19 era of Thai passengers in Bangkok and suburb areas: a comparative study between full-service airlines and airlines. low cost Using a sample of Thai passengers living in Bangkok and its vicinities by using a Cluster Sampling method for 500 people to analyze the results using descriptive statistics and multiple correlation statistics using the Ordered Logistic Regression method to analyze the decision-making in the use of airline services in international travel among the Thai passengers after the Covid-19 era in 2 choices of traveling: traveling by airlines that provide full service. It was found that passengers decided to choose a low-cost mode of travel over a full-service airline with the demographic factor especially in age economic cost factor Physical limitation factor and the passenger's exposure to the COVID-19 vaccine is related to the decision-making in international travel among Thai passengers during the COVID-19 era, which is something that public transport must take into account to improve the service to be a mode of transportation that responds to passengers of all ages after the Covid-19 epidemic.
