Abstract: The fresh vegetables are food products that need to maintain the freshness from farm to the customers. The key factor in treating the condition is the control in cold storage and transport. This research studied to the high-value vegetables or supper food. The problem is food loss and food waste between transportation and distribution from province farm to many customers in city. Nowadays, it takes at least 4 hours used to delivery time. Sometime there are accident in transport that made the product to be damaged. The company have to replace the new product. This is a food loss and food waste problem. The initial solution to solve this problem is distribution center location selection in Bangkok city by using the center of gravity method to find the appropriate point of distribution center (DCs) that can provide the customer. This method is to find the location of DCs and then compare with the alternative locations that the operator has considered by using the technique to find the distance together with the transportation cost. The results show the locations 2 points are Phra Nakhon site (13.759923689101600, 100.564717795655000) and Thonburi site (13.691066931265300, 100.472623747179000), which takes only 60 minutes to deliver the product to the customers. This solution can be solving the problem of food loss and food waste problem.
