Abstract

This research aimed to study student satisfaction level in MGT345 entrepreneurship and startup sripatum university. and to compare students' opinions on the learning achievement of MGT345 entrepreneurship and startup sripatum university classified by personal factors. As well as to study the satisfaction of learning that affects the academic achievement of students in the MGT345 entrepreneurship and startup sripatum university. The researcher determined the sample group for this research was so business administration students enrolled in MGT345 entrepreneurship and startup sripatum university. The semester 1, academic year 2020. The researcher analyzed the data from all the questionnaires collected, analyze and process data by using a statistical package by specifying the level of significance 0.05. The statistics used for data analysis in this study were as follows: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis for the statistical significance used in this analysis was given at levels .05 and .01 The results of the research found that the satisfaction factor in the teaching and learning management of the students was at a high level. In personal factors, diffirence personal factors made no different operasion on academic achievement.
