Abstract

This research aims to study the problems、 reasons and solutions of Chinese for Business Communication majoring Thai students in writing Chinese of faculty of Liberal Arts, Sripatum University. Population that were used in this study were 31 Chinese for Business Communication majoring Thai students in term 2/2559. This research is a qualitative research, The number of 31 test papers has been used as a tool to analyses problems which divided into 4 parts: 1. Translate from Thai sentence into Chinese; 2. Make sentences; 3. Put the words in the right order. 4. Write essay. The results have shown that: there are 5 main types of Chinese Writing Problems for Thai Students: 1) missing words or components; 2) overuse of words or components; 3) inappropriate word using; 4)wrong sentence sorting; 5) other problems; The reasons are shown in 4 aspects 1) Difficulty of Chinese 2) Learners 3) Lecturers 4) Textbooks; Researcher suggested 4 ways to solve the problems 1) student centered 2) Lecturers 3) Textbooks 4) external support.
