The findings were that: 1) The researcher could develop two sets of performance task: the good governance for a stakeholder which was initially tested by students and; the executives’ business ethics on Thailand’s rice mortgage policy. Both sets of performance task development include situation test questionnaires, information documents and assessment forms (rubrics scores). 2) The utilizing of the performance tasks in business ethics course (BUS 400), the researcher found that they yielded the same conclusions. The majority of those who finished each set of the performance tasks testing had processed analytical thinking skills. Three out of the six students in this group had average level of thinking skills which was revealed by their explanations of the weak and strong points. The three other students had a high level of thinking skills which was showed by their greater ability to explain the weak and strong points, and they could also correctly write a conclusion report which could identify the documents. The students also suggested to the researcher to apply performance task testing to actual undergraduate classroom teaching.
