Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานตรวจสอบธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร(ธ.ก.ส)โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฎิบัติงานรวมทั้งศึกษาความคิดเห็นของพนักงานตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฎิบัติงานตลอดจนหาแนวทางในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฎิบัติหน้าที่ของพนักงานตรวจสอบของธ.ก.ส. The objectives of the study of "The Factor Effecting the Effectiveness of Auditors of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives"(ฺฺฺBAAC) are 1.to analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of the performance of the auditors of BAAC ,2.to study the opinions of the auditors of BAAC about the factors affecting the effectiveness of their performance,and 3.to find new practice to enhance the performance of the auditors staff of BAAC.
