ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษี: กรณีศึกษาสำนักงานสรรพากร ภาค 6

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีของสำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 6 รวมทั้งหมด 8 จังหวัด ได้แก่ กาญจนบุรี สุพรรณบุรี นครปฐม ราชบุรี สมุทรสาคร สมุทรสงครามเพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยศึกษาปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดเก็บภาษีอากรปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีอากรทุกสำนักงานๆละ 1 คน รวม 64 คนและ 2. ผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีอากรจากประชากร 197,824 คนโดยใช้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง The study aimed to study the factors that had an effect on the efficiency of tax collection in Regional Revenue Office 6. Total 8 provinces: Kanchanaburi, Suphanburi,Nakhon Pathom,Ratchburi,Samut Sakhon,Samut Songkhram,Phetchaburi and Prachuap KhiriKhan. The study focused on the characteristics of the the tax officers,the characteristics of the tax payers and other environment surrounding.There were two sample groups in the study. The first group consisted of one tax officers from every office,for a totalof 64 peoples. The second group consisted of 197,824 tax,payers.The study was a quantitative research in determining the sample size of the 400 samples.
