การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะ ชุด “The Anatomy of Desire”

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ ข้าพเจ้าได้ใช้จินตนาการส่วนตัวสร้างโลกของอบายภูมิขึ้น โดยได้จินตนาการ สร้างรูปทรงต่าง จากเรื่องราวที่เคยรับรู้เกี่ยวกับ มนุษย์สัตว์ประหลาด และสัตว์เดรัจฉาน โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากเรื่องราวของพุทธศาสนา เช่น ค าสอนในไตรภูมิกถา เพื่อ แสดงออกถึงผลของกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น เป็นสภาวะนามธรรม อันได้แก่ความเกลียด ความโกรธ ความโลภ ความอิจฉาริษยา กิเลส รูปทรง ต่างๆ ที่ข้าพเจ้าสร้างขึ้นเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของผู้ที่อยู่ในความหลงผิด อันมีทั้งจากเรื่องราวในอดีตและสิ่งเลวร้ายที่เกิดขึ้นนี้ก็ยังคงเกิดขึ้นใน ปัจจุบัน การใช้เรื่องราวจากคัมภีร์โบราณ ไตรภูมิอีกทั้งการใช้สัญลักษณ์ของสัตว์นรกต่างๆ มีทั้งการน ามาใช้โดยตรงและการพัฒนาจนมี ลักษณะเป็นส่วนตัว น่าจะได้รับผลส าเร็จที่สามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้สึกลึกลับ และสามารถสอนให้ผู้ที่ได้ติดตามชื่นชมในผลงานของ ข้าพเจ้าได้เข้าถึงแนวคิดหรือพุทธปรัชญา เพื่อพัฒนาให้ชีวิตได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่ภพภูมิที่ดียิ่งขึ้น

Abstract I have used my personal imaginations to create the Abayaphum (the World of Lower Creatures) with several shapes and patterns that are created on the bases of the stories of human beings, monsters and low life creatures that I have known, with the inspiration from Buddhist tales such as the teachings in Triphumikatha (the Story of Three Worlds) in order to reflect the results from Karma (actions) through abstract things such as anger, greed, envy and lust. Shapes and patterns that I have created symbolize people who have chosen the wrong path from stories in the past and incidents that are taking place in the modern era. The application of stories from Triphum which is an ancient scripture, and the direct use of and the development of my own shapes and patterns from symbols of hellish creatures should succeed in delivering mysterious sense and triggering my audiences to attain more in-depth understanding of concepts or philosophy of Buddhism in order to improve their own afterlife.
