Abstract: The objectives of this study is to (1) study personal factors affecting engagement to the organization of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province (2) study the opinion level of quality of work life affecting the organizational commitment of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province (3) find the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The population used in this research were 136 personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The instrumental used in this research was an experimental questionnaire (try out) used with a non-target population but with an characteristics, a total 30 people were analyzed for confidence. The questionnaire by finding the alpha coefficient of Cronbrach's Alpha.
Description: 1. Quality of Work Life of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province overall, it is at a high level. 2. The relationship with the organization of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province classified by personal factors such as sex, age, marital status, education level age of employment, and current monthly income. There was not significant difference in organizational engagement at the .05 level. 3. The relationship between quality of work life was related to organizational commitment of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. Overall, there was a statistically significant positive correlation with organizational engagement at the .05 level
