Abstract: The study of research based learning management model in Business Research course (BUS304) aimed to 1) studied effects of research based learning management to learning outcome 2) compared between learning outcomes and standrad level after research based learning management 3) studied the opinion of students to research based learning management model in business research course The research methodology were One-Shot case study method and learning outcome evaluation used in a research. The population of this study is student in Bus 304 section 90 including 27 students who registed in Business Research couese (Bus 304), first semester in 2012. In this study, all of the populations were corrected the data. There are five of research instruments, namely lerning plan of Business Research course (Bus 304),Formative Tests, outcome evaluated in research, learning outcome evaluation and the interviews of student The results of this study shows that 1) there were 15 students or 55 % of student passed the sub-test. Learning outcome evaluation of students found that 23 students or 85.14% of student passed these evalution. Moreover, there were 10 studens or 37.04% passed learning outcome evaluation at the very good levels. 2) The comparison of outcomes learning between after according to research based learning management and standard score (at 30), analyzed by One-sample t-test statistical found that the average of outcomes learning score at 31.76 has statistically significantly higher than standard score. Students expressed the opinions that research based learning management model have enhanced the decision skills, systematic planing and also have practiced by themselves led to understanding in research methodology.
