The samplings for study are the 165 registered undergraduates in the Faculty of Engineering and of Informatics and lecturers who teach Calculus for Engineer1 in the second semester of academic year 2/2553.at Sripatum University. The tools are questionnaires about conditions of management of learning and teaching The result of study is that factors effecting the conditions and problems of management of learning and teaching in the level of practice and problems are: 1. lecturers 2. teaching media 3. evaluation criteria 4. teaching techniques The factors that reduce the less problems are lecturers and teaching supplementary documents of Calculus for Engineer 1 and the factors not effecting problems of learning and teaching of Calculus for Engineer 1 are: 1. to specify teaching approach, teaching time, and teaching tools 2. to set criteria for evaluation related to behavioral objectives 3. to intervene integrity, professional ethics and value to students while teaching that subject.
