The populations were 189 judiciary officer of the Court of Justice in Khon Kaen Province, obtained by simple random sampling. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that most of the samples were a female total of 116 people, at the age between 36-40 years old. The 57 officers with the highest level of education was a bachelor's degree. The 103 people had a type of position in knowledge worker position of 103 people with a monthly income of THB 30,001 to 40,000.
