รายการ A Guideline on the Change Management in Thai Language Programs at Universities in Yunnan Province, China(International Journal of Managrmant, Business, and Economics, 2565-12) Li Yang; Waraporn Thaima; Sirinthorn SinjindawongAn important problem in the development of Thai language department at present is a number of executive’s lack of management leadership that reflects on educational management. The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China, 2) find a guideline for the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China; and 3) assess a management guideline for the change in Thai language courses of universities in Yunnan Province, China. A group chat was used as quantitative research, using a questionnaire. The 5-level estimation scale was a tool for collecting data. Samples in this research study were administrators, teachers and staffs. A total of 126 participants were randomized using multistage randomization. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by mean and standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that a study on the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China. An overall picture was that when considering the aspect from the highest to the least average, it was found that the top 4 were leadership of the executives, vision of the executives, personnel in change management, and change management structure, respectively. In addition, an assessment of the appropriateness and feasibility of the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China found that the overall average was at a high level. Article 3 translates the vision of Thai language discipline into policies, plans, strategies, work plans, structures and activities, with approach questions number 6 open to opportunities. Engaging personnel to participate in the promotion and development of potential had the highest average with the highest mean (X = 4.60, S.D. = 0.55), followed by the first approach defining a vision that facilitates change. Managing work were resulted from the participation of personnel and Article 5 had a policy to create incentives set environment and create engagement of personnel. There were high averages (X = 4.40, S.D. = 0.55). The guidelines for the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China were 6 items. In an overall, all items were appropriate and feasible.รายการ A Study of Reading and Writing Skills Hiragana and Katakana by Using YouTube Teaching Materials and Flipped Classroom for Thai Students(The 10th Regional Conference on Graduate Research: Breakthrough Business Creativity, Leading Change, and Reengagement, 2565-08) Satomi Uchino; Sirinthorn SinjindawongThe objectives of this research were:1)to develop effective Hiragana and Katakana YouTube teaching materials and flipped classroom for Thai students.2) to compare the reading skills of Hiragana and Katakana before and after study.3) to study the writing skills of Hiragana and Katakana.and 4)to study the students’ opinions after using YouTube teaching materials and flipped classroom for Thai students.The target group was new first-year high school38 students at Satrinonthaburi School.The research instruments were used are adingtest of Hiragana and Katakana, a writing test, and a questionnaire survey.The data analysis used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,and t-test dependent.The research results found that 1)effective YouTube teaching materials were developed based on the ADDIE model and Mayer's multimedia design that includes 5 phases called A:Analyze, D:Design, D:Develop, I:Implement, and E:Evaluate.2)the reading skills of Hiragana and Katakana showed afterhigher than before the use of YouTube teaching materials with significant at level .05.3)Flipped classroom using YouTube teaching materials were also found to be effective for writing skills in Hiragana and Katakana.4) the students’ opinions after using YouTube teaching materials and flipped classroom were useful and of high quality.รายการ Crisis Affects Management Strategies of Administrators in Thai Private Higher Education Institutions: A Case Study of COVID-19 Pandemic(International Journal of Management, Business, and Economics (IJMBE), 2564-05) Yanisa Yanatham; Sirinthorn Sinjindawong; Chari ManisriAccording to the COVID-19 situation that affect Thai private higher education which causing many problems, such as, on-site teaching prohibition, digital working transformation, personnel infection managing, etc. Moreover, the crisis is still on going. Therefore, the administrators must have the strategies to manage the institutions to work among the crisis. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to created the strategies of the COVID-19 crisis management in Thai Private Higher Education Institutions, 2) to evaluated the strategies of the COVID-19 crisis management in Thai Private Higher Education Institutions. The exploratory sequential mixed method was utilized. 5 administrators in Thai private higher education institutions were in-depth interviewed. Then, the interview results were analyzed using content analysis to develop a questionnaire for gathering the quantitative data. The questionnaire was distributed and completed by 431 students from Thai private higher education institutions. The statistical methods were used descriptive statistics, average and standard deviation. Afterward, the results from both qualitative and quantitative research were combined to set the strategies of crisis management of COVID-19. In the final regime, these strategies were evaluated by in total of 10 administrators and crisis expertise. The results of this research gave 8 crisis management strategies, which are 1) building team unity, 2) Effective online teaching management, 3) Preventing the spread of COVID-19, 4) Controlling the efficiency and effectiveness of the Working from home, 5) Relief and assistance the remedial measures of COVID-19, 6) Creating communication unity, 7) Internal communicating, and 8) External Communicating.รายการ A Development of Holistic Leadership Causal Model for Administrators of Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in the Northeastern of Thailand(Veridian E-Journal, Silpakorn University, International (Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts), 2561-07) Chalermchai Daendee; Narongrith Intanam; Sirinthorn SinjindawongTheobjectives of the research entitled “A Development of Holistic Leadership Causal Model for Administrators of Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in the Northeastern of Thailand” were to, 1) develop and validate the holistic leadership causal modelfor administrators to confront the empirical data, 2) estimate direct and indirect effect of causal variables that affecting the holistic leadership, and 3) test the difference of holistic leadership causal model among small, medium, and large school. The sample was 1,050 administrators of schools under the office of secondary educational service area in the northeastern of Thailand. The sampling was using the stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments were 6 questionnaires whichconsisted of -rating scale. These questionnaire revealed that there were conformity to content validity(IOC=0.80–1.00), construct validity 2 df=0.027–1.961, p > 0.50), high reliability (= 0.742 –0.932), and high discrimination(rit=0.458 –0.796). The data were analyzed using the structural equation model analysis through the Mplus version 7.3 program.1. The finding of the holistic leadership causal model for administrators which developed in this research was conformity with the empirical data (2= 483.822, df=338, 2/df=1.431, p=0.4786, CFI=0.996, TLI=0.996, RMSEA=0.020, SRMR=0.017). 2. The findings of direct and indirect effects of holistic leadership causal model revealed that 2.1) variables were direct effect consisted of creative thinking, trust, and organizational culture variable. Its effect sizes were 0.094,0.149 and 0.753 with statistical significance at .01 level, and 2.2) variables were indirect effect consisted of emotional quotient and organizational context variable. Its effect sizes were 0.889 and 0.791 with statistical significance at .01 level. 3. The findings of the testing in the difference of holistic leadership causal model among small, mediumand large school revealed that these model were invariancein form (2=1627.002, df=1096, p > 0.05), but it were variance in parameter(2= 15.160, df=4, p < 0.05).รายการ Proposed policy for developing social innovations to create value for the aging(Kasetsart Journal of Social Science, 2566-06) Sirinthorn Sinjindawong; Ranida Nuchniyom; Korakot PakakaewThis paper has its objectives: (1) to study the aging wisdom in terms of arts and crafts, arts of agricultural culture, and education; and (2) to create policy proposals for developing social innovations to create value for the aging.Snowball sampling was used to recruit the target group consisting of 6 senior citizens from Pathum Thani province, together with 10 experts in the development and transmission of aging-related wisdom. The research tools used were unstructured in-depth interviews and a group discussion. The IOC consensus values were from 0.6–1.0. The data analysis applied content analysis.The results showed that: (1) In the field of arts and crafts, there is embroidering Sabai Mon and Mon cloth. Similarly, in the sphere of arts and culture, there are a hundred monks, Lam Pa Khao San, and Loi Krathong festivals. Additionally,in the study of agriculture, there is farming combined with fish farming, and for the education segment, there is educating the children, the youth, and the people. The policy proposal for social innovation development was to create values for the aging consisting of 3 issues: (1)Organizing systems and mechanisms for agencies are roles in strengthening the aging in self-development and ready to transfer wisdom with eight measures; (2) Promoting and developing the potential of people of all ages to be competent by using learning resources and wisdom of the aging with six measures; and (3) Promoting family and community networking for working together for the wisdom for youths with six measures.รายการ School Administrators and the Disruptive Innovations(ASEAN Journal of Education, 2564-12) Thitaporn Tharnpanya; Sirinthorn Sinjindawong; Waraporn ThaimaThis paper presents the challenges and understanding of educational management during disruption faced by school administrators. Disruptions occur consistently and how the school faces the challenges of disruptions depends on the school administrators. The school administrators need to manage the challenges in different ways in the 21st century, the time of hyper-change. Therefore, school administrators should prepare the technology into the disruptive leadership. The involvement of digital transformation and the future of education are the components that lead the school administrator to overcome the disruption and achieve recovery. Therefore, the school administrators should be more aware about the effects of the disruption that could create changes in the school’s management and the need to balance the whole wellness of the school community.
