dc.description.abstractAt present, the warehouse management system of P.C. Takashima (Thailand) Co., LTD. has problems in its information management and internal processes. Its process management system is not standardized. This study has the objective to develop a warehouse business process model for P.C. Takashima (Thailand) Co., LTD. by analyzing the warehouse management business process by Bizagi and designing a means to simulate the warehouse management process. From the satisfaction survey of the warehouse management business process involving 6 related supervisors of different departments, the satisfaction level was high (average = 4.39). It can be seen that the warehouse business process model of P.C. Takashima (Thailand) Co., LTD. can be applied to effectively manage and support the decision-making of executives.th_TH
