The rise of digital technology in the late 20th century has greatly transformed the way people work, with various industries and professions incorporating digital tools and methods into their workflow. The creative industry, in particular, has been heavily impacted by the digital revolution, with digital media changing the art creation process. Artists are now required to use digital devices and tools to create digital art, a popular form that encompasses a wide range of works such as fine arts, architecture, sculpture, and painting. Digital painting, in particular, has become a popular form of digital art, enabling artists to combine traditional art theory and skills with digital technology to experiment with new creative techniques. Digital art offers several advantages, including the ability to create without limitations on location or budget and the versatility to display finished work in various media forms. Consequently, digital art has become a significant source of creative inspiration, leading to the creation of many innovative works. The project "Onyx: The Deeper Shade of Darkness" focuses on using digital tools to create digital paintings inspired by Thai flowers.
