| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this study is to (1) study personal factors affecting engagement to the organization of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province (2) study the opinion level of quality of work life affecting the organizational commitment of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province (3) find the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The population used in this research were 136 personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The instrumental used in this research was an experimental questionnaire (try out) used with a non-target population but with an characteristics, a total 30 people were analyzed for confidence.
