| dc.description.abstract | เทคโนโลยี และการสร้างนวัตกรรมเป็นการออกแบบเพื่อให้เกิดประบวนการทางธุรกิจที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดยมีความสอดคล้องกับสภาวะแวดล้อมที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อกําหนดเป็นเครื่องมือในการดําเนินกลยุทธ์ในการดําเนินงานในองค์กรเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพทั้งในด้านการดําเนินงาน การลดเวลา และเพิ่มมาตรฐานของการดําเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงทําให้เทคโลยีและนวัตกรรมมีความจําเป็นอย่างมากกับธุรกิจที่กําลังมีการพัฒนาบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนําเสนอความรู้จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมกับผลการดําเนินงานเพื่ออธิบายถึงความหมายและความเป็นมา องค์ประกอบได้แก่ การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ตัวแปรที่ได้รับความนิยม ได้แก่ การจัดการอาชีพ การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา การสรรหาและการคัดเลือก ค่าตอบแทน และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ในด้านของภาวะผู้นําแบบผู้ประกอบการ ตัวแปรที่ได้รับความนิยมได้แก่ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ความคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม ดําเนินการเชิงรุก วิสัยทัศน์ และความกล้าเสี่ยง ซึ่งส่งผลต่อนวัตกรรมองค์การ ซึ่งจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่าตัวแปรที่ได้รับความนิยม ได้แก่ นวัตกรรมการบริหาร นวัตกรรมกระบวนการ นวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ ในด้านของการจัดการความรู้ ตัวแปรที่ได้รับความนิยมได้แก่ คน กระบวนการ เนื้อหาและข้อมูล การกํากับดูแล กลยุทธ์ และเทคโนโลยี ในด้านของ โดยจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่านวัตกรรมองค์การทําให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการดําเนินงานองค์การ ในด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม และการนํานวัตกรรมไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ Technology and innovation are designed to make business processes more efficient.
