รายการ การสร้างแรงจูงใจเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการเข้าเรียนอย่างสม่่าเสมอของนักศึกษา รายวิชา DGA321 แนวคิดศิลปะ สาขาวิชาดิจิทัลอาร์ตส์ คณะดิจิทัลมีเดีย(Sripatum University, 2558) สกนธ์ ภู่งามดี; SAKON PHU-NGAMDEEThis research was conducted with two objectives, (1) to study the targeted students’ way of living and cause of class absence in a subject of DGA 321 Conceptual Art in semester 2/B.E. 2558 and (2) to develop a way of motivation to improve class attendance for the targeted student. The research scope was covered the key contents stated in the two objectives, with a six-month working period. Samples were five students, selected by purposive sampling technique, who registered in a subject of DGA 321 Conceptual Art in semester 2/B.E. 2558 and frequently absented from DGA 321 Conceptual Art class. The reserch tool included an interview record form and an observation form. The results were the followings: (1) causes of class absence included (1.1) latenight- sleep habit and (1.2) time spendng for personal activities. These two cuases were driven from the personal factors, and (2) results of applying “Positive and Negative Motivation Technique” were (2.1) four from five targeted students attended the class following the attendance criteria and possessed a better performance on studying, while one from five targeted students still absent the class. E. 2558 and (2) to develop a way of cooperative behavior improvement in group assignment for the targeted student. The research scope was covered the key contents stated in the two objectives, with a five-month working period (September B.E. 2558-January, B.E. 2559). Samples were five students, selected by purposive sampling technique, who registered in a subject of DGA 351 Contemporary Art in semester 1/B. E. 2558 and denied to cooperate in group assignment as the teacher assigned. The reserch tool included an interview record form, an observation form and an group assignment check list form. The results were the followings: (1) four from five targeted students were not in tough families so they could afford any educational expenses, while one from five targeted students was in a tough family causing him to do the jobs to earn for a living which then reduced the chance to fullfill his studies as the teacher assigned (2) the overall causes of uncooperative behavior in group assignment included (2.1) having frustrated feeling resulted from a tough state of self-adjustment following individual group member’s traits (2.2) viewing the group assignments uninteresting for them and (2.3) being bored of long time discussions during group working and (3) results of applying “Cooperative Learning and Rewarding Technique” were (1) three from five targeted students had more cooperative behavior to fullfill the group assignments (2) one from five targeted students totally denied to cooperate in group working as well as discarded to find out a way to solve his existing study problem (3) the other one fromfive targeted students also totally denied to cooperate in group working but intend to find out a way to solve his existing study problem by asking the teacher for his individual assignments. As a result, he could complete the individual assignments with satisfied performance as the other whole group could do. E. 2557 and (2) to develop a way of problem solution for the targeted student. The research scope was covered the key contents stated in the two objectives, with a five-month working period (March-July, B. E. 2558). Samples were five students ,selected by purposive sampling technique, who registered in a subject of DGA 352 ART APPRECIATION in semester 2/B. E. 2557 and denied to submit the assignments in time as the teacher assigned. The reserch tool included an interview record form, an observation form and an assignment check list form. The results were the followings: (1) two from five targeted students were in tough families causing them to do the jobs to earn for their living which then reduced the chance to fullfill their studies and assignment submissions as the teacher assigned (2) the overall causes of missing assignment submission included (2.1) having many assignemts from many subjects which were required to hand in within the same time (2.2) not understanding the requirement to fullfill the assignments (2.3) having jobs to do to earn for their family-livings and (2.4) viewing the assignments were not interesting for them and (3) results of applying “Motivation and Rewarding Technique” were (1) the targeted students had more understanding about requirement to fullfill the assignments (2) the targeted students accepted the teacher’s way of giving assignments and (3) the targeted students submitted the assignments in time as the teacher directed
