Population groups are Bachelor of Science students Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University, 205 persons. This research uses survey research methodology. The research tools consisted of questionnaires and interviewed experts. The research found that 1) Educational management of the Bachelor of Science Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University overall are at a high level and when considered in each aspect, it was found that academic, financial, physical, and management whose opinions are at a high level respectively. 2) Educational management of the Bachelor of Science Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University consists of (1) The vision is the aviation safety management learning center of Thailand. (2) The mission is to produce graduates in the field of aviation safety management with professional competence. (3) The Objectives are graduates with morality, ethics, knowledge and ability, skills according to professional standards in the aviation industry and maintaining traditions, customs art, culture, support democratic governance and responsible to society. 3) Educational management strategies for the Bachelor of Science Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University consists of (1) Physical aspects which are (1.1) Development of professional laboratories and modern teaching media. (1.2) Facility development. (2) Academic aspects are (2.1) Continuing promotion of academic performance and full-time lecturer development. (2.2) The teaching and learning management is emphasized for the learners. (3) Finance is the procurement of budgets from the government sector in promoting student learning activities. (4) Management aspect is the development of information technology systemsรายการ การศึกษาบุคคลิกภาพผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะนักบินของนักศึกษาหลักสูตร วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการความปลอดภัยการบิน วิทยาลัยการบินและคมนาคม(Sripatum University, 2562) ธนากร เอี่ยมปาน; Thanakorn EiampanThe purposes of this research were 1) To study leadership personality and pilot competency of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University. 2) To find the relationship between leadership personality and pilot competency of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University. 3) To create a pilot competency forecast equation of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University.The samples were188 students from the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management in semester 3, year 2019 by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire which the reliability by Cronbach' alpha coefficient is 0.887 The research found that 1. The Leadership Personality overview and aspects were at a high level and sort the average Leadership Personality score from descending order was Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Openness and Agreeableness. 2. The Leadership Personality overview of students sorted the average score from descending was 4th year student, 3rd year student, 2nd year student and 1st year student. 3. The overall and individual Pilot Competency were at a high level and sort the average Pilot Competency score from descending order was Teamwork, Communication, Leadership and Decision Making. 4. Overall Pilot Competency sorted the average score from descending order was 4th year student, 3rd year student, 2nd year student and 1st year student. 5.The Leadership Personality (Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Openness and Agreeableness) was a positive correlation with Pilot Competency with statistical significance at level 0.01.6. The stepwise multiple regression method showed that the positive predictive variables for pilot competency of students in the Bachelor of Science Program Aviation Safety Management At College of Aviation & Transportation Sripathum University were Conscientiousness and Openness. The samples were167 students from the Bachelor of Science program aviation safety management in semester 2, year 2021 by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire which the reliability by Cronbach' alpha coefficient is 0.98. The research found that 1. The Overall and individual positive psychology capital was at a high level. The average Scores can be arranged in descending order as follows: optimism, hope, efficacy. And resilience. 2. The overall and individual followership was at a high level. The average scores can be arranged in descending order as follows: courage, commitment, competence and focus, and self-management. 3. The Overall and individual creative leadership was at a high level. The average scores can be arranged in descending order as follows: examining shared beliefs, team inquiry, collaborative problem solving, imaging future possibilities, collecting analyzing and Interpreting data, and asking questions. 4. Comparison of overall and individual aspects of positive psychology capital classified by gender and educational level, it was found that there was no difference. 5. Comparison of overall and individual aspects of followership classified by gender, it was found that there were differences in 2 aspects of followership, with females having more than males, were (1) self-management and (2) courage, but non-differentiated followership, classified by gender, were (1) commitment and (2) competence and focus. 6. Comparison of overall and individual aspects of followership classified by educational level, it was found that there was no difference. 7. Comparison of overall creative leadership by gender revealed that there was a difference in creative leadership by gender. in which females were more than males, were (1) team inquiry, (2) collaborative problem solving, (3) imaging future possibilities, and (4) asking questions. but there was no difference in gender-based creative leadership, were (1) examining shared beliefs and (2) collecting analyzing and Interpreting data. 8. Comparison of overall creative leadership classified by educational level, it was found that there was no difference. 9. Positive psychology capital was a high positive correlation with creative leadership. The details of each aspect are as follows: 9.1. Hope was a moderate positive correlation with creative leadership. 9.2. Efficacy was a high positive correlation with creative leadership. 9.3. Resilience was a moderate positive correlation with creative leadership. 9.4. Optimism was a moderate positive correlation with creative leadership. 10. Followership was a high positive correlation with creative leadership. The details of each aspect are as follows: 10.1. Self-management was a moderate positive correlation with creative leadership. 10.2. Commitment was a high positive correlation with creative leadership. 10.3. Competence and focus were a high positive correlation with creative leadership. 10.4. Courage was a high positive correlation with creative leadership 11. Forecasting Variables of creative leadership of Bachelor of Science program students, majoring in aviation safety management, in the college of aviation & transportation, Sripatum University were Hope Efficacy Resilience Optimism Self-Management Commitment Competence and Focus Courage. Therefore, the forecast equation in the form of raw scores and standard scores were; 𝑌̂ = 0.505 + 0.349 (Competence and Focus) + 0.292 (Courage) + 0.130 (Hope) + 0.124 (Efficacy) 𝑧̂ = 0.396 (Competence and Focus) + 0.314 (Courage) + 0.134 (Hope) + 0.144 (Efficacy) The results of this research Dean of the College of Aviation and Transportation Sripatum University can use information for educational administration by planning, formulating policies, promoting and supporting the teaching and learning of the curriculum. It is a guideline for designing and organizing various activities and developing creative leadership of Bachelor of Science program students, majoring in aviation safety management, in the College of Aviation and Transportation Sripatum University.
