รายการ A Guideline on the Change Management in Thai Language Programs at Universities in Yunnan Province, China(International Journal of Managrmant, Business, and Economics, 2565-12) Li Yang; Waraporn Thaima; Sirinthorn SinjindawongAn important problem in the development of Thai language department at present is a number of executive’s lack of management leadership that reflects on educational management. The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China, 2) find a guideline for the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China; and 3) assess a management guideline for the change in Thai language courses of universities in Yunnan Province, China. A group chat was used as quantitative research, using a questionnaire. The 5-level estimation scale was a tool for collecting data. Samples in this research study were administrators, teachers and staffs. A total of 126 participants were randomized using multistage randomization. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by mean and standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that a study on the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China. An overall picture was that when considering the aspect from the highest to the least average, it was found that the top 4 were leadership of the executives, vision of the executives, personnel in change management, and change management structure, respectively. In addition, an assessment of the appropriateness and feasibility of the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China found that the overall average was at a high level. Article 3 translates the vision of Thai language discipline into policies, plans, strategies, work plans, structures and activities, with approach questions number 6 open to opportunities. Engaging personnel to participate in the promotion and development of potential had the highest average with the highest mean (X = 4.60, S.D. = 0.55), followed by the first approach defining a vision that facilitates change. Managing work were resulted from the participation of personnel and Article 5 had a policy to create incentives set environment and create engagement of personnel. There were high averages (X = 4.40, S.D. = 0.55). The guidelines for the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China were 6 items. In an overall, all items were appropriate and feasible.รายการ A Study of Active Learning Activities in Teaching Chinese Vocabulary in Beaconhouse Yamsaard Rangsit School(2563-08-23) Lin Liling; Waraporn ThaimaThe objectives of this research were: 1) to study the active learning activities in kindergarten teaching Chinese vocabulary, and 2) to compare students' achievement in active learning activities before and after teaching Chinese vocabulary. This study included 65 kindergarten students by using cluster sampling from 200 third grade kindergarten students in Beaconhouse Yamsaard Rangsit School. Students learned Chinese vocabulary through multiple active learning activities, and conducted Pre-test and Post test to determine the effectiveness of active learning activities. Data analysis of this research were used mean, standard deviation, percentage,frequency, t-test and the statistical significance to compare the achievement differences between pretest and post-test. The results of this study found that: 1) the use of active learning activities is conducive to improving students' achievement teaching Chinese vocabulary, and 2) comparison of students' achievement in active learning activities before and after teaching Chinese vocabulary, revealed the students' Initiative and positive after teaching were higher than before they were taught Chinese vocabulary.รายการ A Study of Students’ Achievement in Teaching Chinese Vocabulary for Thai Students Using Teaching Media(2563-08-23) Xuelian Gong; Waraporn ThaimaThe research is mainly conducted for two aspects :1) to study the students’ activities in teaching Chinese vocabulary, and 2)to compare the students' achievement before and after teaching Chinese vocabulary.The teaching media is used in this paper mainly refers to YouTube videos. The data were collected from 20 students in the Thanompitvittaya primary school. The students’ achievement based on the scores of pre-test and post-test of students.The statistics was used the mean, standard deviation, and P-value was used to compare the students’ achievement before and after teaching Chinese vocabulary. The results of the study found that: 1) the students' activities in Chinese vocabulary teaching are as follows: use Chinese flashcards, play game, sing a song by using music, and watch the video, and 2)the comparison results scores of Chinese vocabulary from students between pre-test and post-test, scores of post-test are higher than pre-test and statistical significant at a level of .01 (t= 6.608).รายการ School Administrators and the Disruptive Innovations(ASEAN Journal of Education, 2564-12) Thitaporn Tharnpanya; Sirinthorn Sinjindawong; Waraporn ThaimaThis paper presents the challenges and understanding of educational management during disruption faced by school administrators. Disruptions occur consistently and how the school faces the challenges of disruptions depends on the school administrators. The school administrators need to manage the challenges in different ways in the 21st century, the time of hyper-change. Therefore, school administrators should prepare the technology into the disruptive leadership. The involvement of digital transformation and the future of education are the components that lead the school administrator to overcome the disruption and achieve recovery. Therefore, the school administrators should be more aware about the effects of the disruption that could create changes in the school’s management and the need to balance the whole wellness of the school community.รายการ The Suggestions for the Anxiety of College Students during Covid-19(2563-08-23) Hao Yu; Waraporn ThaimaThe purposes of this study were to: 1) to study the anxiety of college students during COVID-19, and 2) to give suggestions to alleviate the anxiety of students during COVID-19. The sample in this study was forty-three students from China Liuzhou Vocational and Technical School to learn about college students’ learning and living conditions and emotional reactions during COVID-19 through a questionnaire. This research was used frequency, percentage, reliability to obtain the corresponding data analysis results The results of this study found that: 1) whether the student has been diagnosed with COVID-19, and whether the student has been in contact with COVID-19 patients, will not cause anxiety. The longer the students study at home, the more likely they are to cause anxiety. The younger the student, the more likely to cause anxiety, and 2) the results of this study reveal that real events have little effect on anxiety, and the importance of correct cognition and relaxation training to mental health, and also this study understands the anxiety of college students during COVID-19, and gives effective suggestions from the World Health Organization (WHO) according to each situation.
