This research is Pre - Experimental Research. The objectives are (1) To study the efficiency of and the effectiveness of integrated teaching management emphasizing the participation of experimental students in the MGT388 Science and Art in Business Communication course. Sripatum University according to the established criteria 80/80 (2) Compare the results of instructional management that emphasizes student participation. before and after school the experimental group and the control group (3) To study the level of students' opinions on integrated teaching and learning with an emphasis on participation. (4) To study the relationship and the influence of the integrated teaching and learning process and student participation in class that affects the learning outcomes of students. The results of the research revealed that, overall, it was found that the organization of integrated teaching and learning activities emphasizing participation for the experimental group students in all 5 plans was effective as 89.86/89.30, which was in accordance with the specified criteria 80 /80. The average score under the management of integrated teaching and learning activities emphasizing participation higher than the average score before organizing an integrated teaching and learning activity emphasizing participation different from before the teaching and learning activities and learning management in all 5 plans after organizing an integrated teaching and learning activity emphasizing on participation for experimental students After school scores are higher than before.
