| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to investigate current instructional practices and identify any problems with HTM 327 Front office Management ; Teaching techniques,Teacher personality, Instruction media,and Evaluation methods and 2) to develop teaching techniques for improved our students’ grades in the future. The sampling of this research was the 90 hotel’s students. The instruments used were questionnaires of 4 sections; Teaching techniques, Teacher personality, Instruction media and Evaluation methods. The statistical values were the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The finding of the research were found as following ; 1) The Current Instruction Practices and Problems of HTM 327 Front office Management of 4 sections ; Teaching techniques, Teacher personality , Instruction media and Evaluation methods were the least and Instruction media was the little problems 2) The results From the research will reveal general data from the sample , which will be used for analysis and to find causes and solutions for planning methods developing and improving teaching standards in the future. | th_TH |
