| dc.description.abstract | The study of current instructional practices and problems with HTM114 Introduction to Airline Business, Hotel and Tourism Management faculty, Bachelor of Arts. The objectives of this research were to investigate current instructional practices and identify any problems that were caused students to have a low G.P.A. The sample in this study was collected using a simple random sampling. The sample was 93 students who were studying this subject. The instruments used were questionnaires of 4 sections: Teaching techniques, Teacher personality, Instruction media, and Evaluation methods. The statistical values were the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: the state in the current instructional practices management was considered as the “high” level in at all point. When considering in each point, their opinions that the states in the point of teacher personality, measurement and evaluation methods were at the high level. Other states were been - teaching techniques and Instruction media. Their opinions that the problems with HTM114. The most problem was instruction media. Other problems were been teaching - teaching techniques, measurement and evaluation methods, teacher personality. Over all, all the levels was “Low” | th_TH |
