| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to investigate current instructional practices and identify any problems with of ENG321 English for Communication Arts; Teaching techniques,Teacher personality, Instruction media,and Evaluation methods and 2) to develop teaching techniques for improved our students’ grades in the future. The sampling of this research was the 50 English for Business Communication’s students. The instruments used were questionnaires of 4 sections; Teaching techniques, Teacher personality, Instruction media and Evaluation methods. The statistical values were the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The finding of the research were found as following; 1) The Current Instruction Practices and Problems of of ENG321 English for Communication Arts of 4 sections; Teaching techniques, Teacher personality, Instruction media and Evaluation methods were the least 2) The results from the open-ended questionnaire found that a student wanted the teacher should change or adapt her personality. | th_TH |
